helpful staff convenient access
The staff was helpful and friendly. The location provided convenient access to major areas. I found the made-to-order breakfast delicious, particularly the daily offerings. The facility felt secure.
The noise from the adjacent room late at night disturbed my sleep. It took a while for the front desk to resolve the situation with the noisy guests. I struggled to get adequate rest because of this disturbance (especially with a busy day ahead).

i had a hard time getting extra towels for the room

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
inconsistent water strange odor
The lack of consistent hot water was a real letdown. I found out upon arrival that it was an issue, and despite assurances from the front desk, it wasn't resolved . Cold showers are not my idea of a good time. My room also had a distinct, strange odor, so I sprayed some cologne to try to make it bearable. The need for some hotel updates is obvious.
